Management Visa

Management Visa is a type of working visa for foreigners who establish and manage a company in Japan.

It is also possible to obtain a management visa by investing in or purchasing an existing company without establishing a new one.

Many foreigners want to work in Japan, but obtaining a working visa in Japan is not easy.

Of course, obtaining a management visa is not easy either, but the difference from other work visas is that you can create your own company or invest and create your own workplace (recipient) without needing an acceptance company.

However, there are application criteria such as investment capital and experience, and even if you meet the application criteria, you need to prepare a business plan and justification that will be accepted by the Immigration Bureau.

Our office is affiliated with the Osaka Foreign Corporation Invitation Center (O-BIC), and if you meet the conditions, you can receive a subsidy of up to 150,000 yen. For more details, please read the page on reduction of entry costs at Osaka Foreign Corporation Invitation Center (O-BIC).
